Week Two—Emotional Hunger

This week is all about Emotional Hunger. It’s the biggest stumbling block for me personally, so this is my favorite week!

  • Read through the Week 2 PDF

  • Listen to the recordings to address Emotional Hunger. If you prefer not to be “hypnotized” (which is just a state of deep relaxation), don’t look up at the very beginning of the recordings, and use them as a guided meditation instead. However, the effect is stronger if you fully participate with the hypnosis, so that is what we recommend.

  • There are three recordings—stress eating, emotional eating, and habitual eating. Read through the PDF to learn more, pick the one that resonates with you (or, rotate through all three) and listen to a recording once a day for the next week (and beyond!).

  • The challenge this week is to listen to the recording once a day
