This week is all about PHYTONUTRIENTS—why it matters, and how to get them. Your challenge is to eat the rainbow of nutrients daily!
Read through the Week 5 PDF.
Eat 9 servings of fruit/vegetables/nuts/seeds a day, preferably from different color categories.
And, continue to cultavte mindfulness around hunger, increase plant intake, listen to the recordings to decrease emotional eating, and limit sugar, and drink your water!
